We are looking for an Innovation Scientist in permanent position (CDI) to join our team to work in our laboratory in Saint-Ouen l’Aumône (95), France. You are creative, organized, rigorous and you love playing with colors & textures, come join our team!
What you’ll do:
Determine feasibility of project, with timelines, costing scenario, and deliverables.
Product development: Natural color, surfactants, polymers & textures.
Support Sales teams during customer meetings and new product introduction to the market.
Identify investment needs and internal/external partnerships.
Provide operational assistance to support services for ingredient defense & quality investigations
What you’ll bring:
Engineering school or Master’s degree in Chemistry, ideally specialized in polymer and surfactants.
Three years of experience in chemistry, rheology & texture analysis
Fluent in English and French.
Proficiency in the essential Office Pack (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
