We’re seeking a Phlebotomy Technician<\/b> to provide exceptional laboratory support and patient care in a fast -paced clinical environment. This role is ideal for someone experienced in phlebotomy procedures and committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and patient service. Follow universal blood and body fluid precautions at all times. Perform venipuncture and skin puncture procedures with precision and care. Enter patient demographics, test requests, and results in the Laboratory Information System. Schedule and manage appointments as needed. Maintain accurate specimen and documentation records. Communicate effectively with patients and medical staff. Monitor supply needs and support evaluation of new or improved phlebotomy devices. Support additional administrative and patient intake functions as required. High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of a NAACLS -accredited or equivalent two -part Phlebotomy program is preferred. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Phlebotomy Technician after graduation. U.S. citizenship required. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in a clinical setting. MediClear or equivalent HIPAA credential required.
