ABOUT THIS POSITION
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Prompt Engineer to join our team, working closely with Process Engineers to reimagine and agentically enhance operating efficiency across our organization. This unique role sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence and process optimization, harnessing the power of advanced language models and automation to architect the future of our operational workflows.WHAT YOU'LL DO
Collaborate with Process Engineers to analyze, deconstruct, and redesign existing operational workflows using AI-driven methodologies
Design, test, and refine prompts to optimize the performance of AI language models for business process improvement initiatives
Develop agentic systems and solutions that enable proactive, adaptive, and autonomous process enhancements
Translate complex process engineering requirements into tailored prompt templates and automated solutions
Implement and evaluate prompt strategies, measuring their impact on efficiency, accuracy, and cost-savings
Continuously monitor industry advancements in large language models, prompt engineering, and agentic automation; proactively suggest and implement improvements aligned with organizational goals
Document prompt engineering best practices, methodologies, and results for internal knowledge sharing and scalability
Train and support cross-functional teams in integrating prompt-based and agentic solutions into daily operations
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
Proven experience with large language models, AI prompt engineering, or conversational AI systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to map and optimize complex operational workflows
Experience collaborating with process engineers, operations specialists, or similar multidisciplinary teams
Proficiency with programming and scripting languages such as Python or similar
Familiarity with agentic AI concepts, automation frameworks, and digital transformation initiatives
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Demonstrated adaptability, curiosity, and a passion for continuous learning
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or other process-intensive industries
Hands-on experience deploying and maintaining AI-powered workflow automation
Background in human-centered design or user experience for digital tools
