Snowflake Data Scientist - offshore

Key Responsibilities
•    Develop and deploy machine learning models and advanced analytics solutions using Snowflake.
•    Perform data analysis and feature engineering on large datasets stored in Snowflake.
•    Collaborate with data engineers to ensure efficient data pipelines and optimized queries.
•    Design and implement data models and transformations for analytics and reporting.
•    Leverage Snowflake’s capabilities (Snowpark, UDFs, stored procedures) for scalable ML workflows.
•    Communicate insights and recommendations to business stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner.
•    Ensure data quality, security, and compliance throughout the analytics lifecycle.
•    Stay updated on Snowflake features and emerging data science technologies.

Required Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
•    6+ years of experience in data science, with strong exposure to Snowflake.
•    Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
•    Experience with Snowflake architecture, Snowpark, and performance optimization.
•    Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
•    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

•    Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
•    Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and data visualization best practices.
•    Familiarity with data pipeline orchestration tools (Airflow, dbt).
