Description

We are hiring for an Analytical Scientist to join our Braeside Manufacturing Site.

 

Purpose:

 

The Analytical Scientist is meant to ensure stability studies are completed as per approved protocols. This role will provide technical and functional knowledge to ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with GMP requirements and the Company’s QA System with appropriate technical documentation.

 

This role will be an independent contributor, reporting to the Stability Unit Leader based in our Braeside Manufacturing Site in Victoria.

Responsibilities include: 

  • Ensure Timely and Accurate Analysis: Oversee sample testing using current methods and equipment, ensuring efficiency, scientific integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Maintain Quality and Compliance: Prepare, review, and approve technical documents such as stability protocols, reports, SOPs, and work instructions to meet audit and quality requirements.

  • Ensure all activities are conducted safely in line with company policies, creating a secure and compliant work environment

  • Communicate Effectively: Engage with internal and external stakeholders through clear, professional communication to drive positive outcomes and strengthen relationships.

  • rain, mentor, and support staff in analytical methods, technical documentation, and best practices to build capability and future readiness.

Who are you? 

  • Education: Degree in Chemistry or related discipline.

  • Technical Expertise: Strong experience in HPLC/UPLC; knowledge of GC, ICP, and mass spectrometry is advantageous.

  • Analytical & Documentation Skills: Proficient in data analysis, problem-solving, technical writing, and preparation of technical documents using Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Compliance & Processes: Ability to follow standard processes and company policies.

  • Communication & Collaboration: Effective verbal and written communication; ability to build and maintain positive relationships internally and externally.

  • Adaptability & Teamwork: Quick learner, team-oriented, and able to take responsibility at both individual and team levels.

  • Performance: Strong time management skills to meet deadlines; moderate proficiency in internet and email navigation.
