TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Technologist (MT) to perform complex laboratory testing across multiple departments, including chemistry, hematology, microbiology, immunology, and transfusion services. The MT will ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality laboratory results to support patient diagnosis and treatment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform and interpret a wide range of diagnostic laboratory tests with precision and accuracy.
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot clinical laboratory instruments and analyzers.
  • Ensure compliance with quality control and quality assurance procedures.
  • Verify and validate test results before releasing to healthcare providers.
  • Process and prepare specimens according to established protocols and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain complete and accurate records within the laboratory information system (LIS).
  • Collaborate with medical staff and laboratory team members to support patient care.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
  • ASCP or AMT certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) required or eligible.
  • State licensure if applicable.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of clinical lab experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory regulations, safety protocols, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
