About the role
We’re seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Scientist to join our team, bringing advanced expertise and problem-solving skills to support laboratory operations. In this role, you will apply specialised scientific knowledge to perform, analyse, and troubleshoot standard diagnostic procedures while offering professional services that require complex practice skills. You’ll be key to ensuring high standards of performance, accuracy, and quality in diagnostic testing, contributing directly to positive patient outcomes.
As an experienced professional, you will apply sound professional judgement to select and implement new and existing diagnostic methods, continuously improving lab operations through your knowledge and operational experience. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for supervising the validation of Quality Control processes, working collaboratively with management to maintain and enhance laboratory standards.
