  • 4 research publications (2 as first/corresponding author during Associate Professor period)

    Key Responsibilities<\/b>:
    <\/p>

    • Head the Department: Academic, Clinical, and Administrative supervision
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Plan and manage UG & PG curriculum delivery
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Oversee diagnostic microbiology labs, infection control, and biohazard safety
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Drive departmental research, funding proposals, and publications
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Guide PhD/PG students and mentor junior faculty
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Ensure compliance with NMC, NABL, and university standards
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Represent department in national conferences, inspections, and medical boards
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul>
