Microbiologist -Steriliz I

Responsibilities may include the following and other related duties:
<\/p>

• Analyze chemical, biological, or microbiological products, raw materials, in\-process samples, release samples, and stability samples supporting the company’s quality program.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Prepare, clean, disinfect, and\/or sterilize instruments, materials, products, and supplies.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Follow established protocols and regulations for cleaning, storing, and delivering products, supplies, and instruments.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Interpret and evaluate analytical results regarding accuracy and precision against specifications; recommend and implement corrective actions as needed.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Develop, validate, and implement controlled\-environment methods.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Apply existing analytical techniques and propose modifications to improve efficiency; develop new analytical methods when required.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Perform qualitative and quantitative testing using both standard and advanced instrumentation.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Support transfer of methodologies from R&D by establishing analytical and validation requirements.

  Requirements<\/h3>

  Education:<\/b>
  <\/p>

  • BA in Science (Microbiology or Biology preferred)
    <\/p><\/li> <\/ul>

    Experience Required:<\/b>
    <\/p>

    • 2–3 years of relevant experience
      <\/p><\/li> <\/ul>

      Must Have Skills:<\/b>
      <\/p>

      • Environmental experience
        <\/p><\/li>

      • EO Sterilization experience
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Equipment Validation experience
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Environmental Validation experience
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Microbiology & sterilization knowledge
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Bilingual (English\/Spanish)
        <\/p><\/li> <\/ul>
