- Doctorate Degree (Ph.D.) in Microbiology, Bacteriology, Virology, Molecular Biology or Biochemistry – Essential
- Specialist in BSL, AMR, Vaccine development, Cancer Vaccine, CAR T Cell, Crisper, Cancer Genetics, Gene Therapy and GMP
- Ten (10) years of experience after PhD – Essential
- Contribution as a principal investigator or co-investigator in published research with a peer-reviewed international journal within the last two years – Essential
