Medical Laboratory Technician

In this role, you will perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures that play an essential part in supporting patient care. Job Responsibilities:
- Perform microbiological tests and procedures accurately and efficiently
- Analyze and interpret lab results to support patient diagnosis and treatment
- Maintain and clean laboratory equipment while following safety standards
- Record and manage patient and test data in EMR systems
- Handle patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Work with healthcare staff to ensure high-quality patient care
- Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities

Qualifications:
- ASCP or AMT certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician
- Experience in microbiology laboratory work (preferred)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Proficiency with EMR charting and data entry
