MLS - Alternating Day/Evening Shift

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

5x8 hours, alternating between day (07:00 - 15:30) and evening shifts (15:00 - 23:30) from Monday to Friday.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) who is flexible with alternating shifts. This role requires a candidate with strong clinical laboratory experience, who can efficiently perform laboratory procedures and ensure accurate results.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic tests and assays with precision.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure a clean working environment.
• Follow safety and compliance protocols.
• Handle specimen collection and processing.
• Document and report test results accurately.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of laboratory experience.
• ASCP certification required; ASCP-MLS and BLS preferred.
• Previous charge experience is preferred.
